Learning Community

The Learning Community is our own in-house professional learning community where staff members work together to share good practice and theory in relation to learning and teaching. 

This takes place through a structured programme which involves research, teachmeet style presentations and classroom observations of good teaching practice. Currently our staff are working with some of the methods encouraged by Tom Sherrington and Oliver Caviglioli in their publication 'Walkthrus'. 

At the heart of the learning community is an understanding of our ongoing commitment to achieving better outcomes for the students of Harold's Cross Educate Together Secondary School.
